Cavus Baklava or Pyramid Baklava
Two lines from our range, side by side: what separates them and which one belongs in your listing.
What separates them

Cavus Baklava
Çavuş
Set out in a herringbone of angled, ridged pieces — a chevron that runs the length of the tray. Behind the pattern is standard house craft: butter-laminated phyllo, a full pistachio seam and a restrained sherbet. Distinctive without being fragile.
Lay the tray so the chevron runs away from the guest - the pattern is the presentation.

Pyramid Baklava
Piramit
Phyllo folded to a raised triangular ridge so each piece stands as a small pyramid, pistachio banked along the base. The height gives the tray real presence under counter lighting and the sloped crust stays crisp longer.
The raised ridge keeps the crust off the tray, so it stays crisp under counter lighting longer than a flat cut.
