Pistachio Kadayif or Walnut Baklava
Two lines from our range, side by side: what separates them and which one belongs in your listing.
What separates them

Pistachio Kadayif
Fıstıklı Kadayıf
Hair-fine kadayif pastry pressed over a full pistachio layer, baked in butter until the strands turn russet, then soaked in sherbet and studded with whole kernels. Chewier and more golden than phyllo baklava — a different texture entirely, and an essential counterpoint on any counter.
Chewier and more golden than phyllo baklava. Every counter needs one kadayif line for the texture contrast alone.

Walnut Baklava
Cevizli Baklava
The everyday classic of Anatolian tables and the most requested value line in export. The same forty-layer phyllo and pure butter craft, filled with freshly milled walnut for a deeper, earthier sweetness. Robust, travel-stable and priced for volume programmes.
Walnut carries a heavier sweetness than pistachio, so it is cut smaller and served alongside strong black tea rather than coffee.
