Duka Special Baklava
Duka Özel Baklava
Our signature build: the pistachio seam doubled and the phyllo count raised, so every piece shows a thick emerald core between two golden crusts. Cut taller and squarer than the classic. The line we put in front of a buyer when the brief is simply — the best you make.
Cut taller than the classic, so it is plated standing up to show the pistachio core. One piece is a dessert course on its own.
