Sari Kivrim. Phyllo rolled around a pistachio core, then curled and ranked in tight rows so the tray bakes to an even, glossy gold. The rolled build holds its shape through freezing and transport, making it one of our most reliable export shapes.
The rolled build survives freezing and handling better than any open cut, which makes it our most forgiving line on a long route.
Maras Roll with Pistachio
Fıstıklı Maraş Sarma
The roll that carries our city's name. Pistachio-wrapped pastry coiled around a core of Maras kaymak, finished with a whole pistachio kernel set into the cream at each end. Served chilled. Rich, cold and unmistakably regional.
Served chilled, with the pistachio kernel at each end left whole. Rich enough that two pieces is a portion.
