Envelope Baklava
Zarf Baklava
Zarf — the envelope. Phyllo folded into a broad triangle over a thick pistachio layer, then coated in ground pistachio and served cold. One piece is a full dessert portion; the clean geometric fold makes it one of the most elegant items in the range.
One triangle is a complete dessert. Plate it on copper with a dusting of pistachio and nothing else.
Walnut Baklava
Cevizli Baklava
The everyday classic of Anatolian tables and the most requested value line in export. The same forty-layer phyllo and pure butter craft, filled with freshly milled walnut for a deeper, earthier sweetness. Robust, travel-stable and priced for volume programmes.
Walnut carries a heavier sweetness than pistachio, so it is cut smaller and served alongside strong black tea rather than coffee.
