Maras Roll with Walnut

The walnut build of the Maras roll: milled walnut through the wrap and the dusting, cream at the core, a walnut half set on top. Deeper and less sweet than the pistachio version, and a natural pairing beside it on a mixed platter.
The walnut build is deeper and less sweet - serve it after the pistachio roll, not before.
